Croydonites Festival of New Theatre returns for its 4th year

Founded in 2015 the festival brings new work from across the UK to Croydon. Highlights include Joanna Scanlan and Gill Manly’s new work The Elephant in the Room, following the success of For King and Country and Land of Nod Parabolic Theatre return to the festival with Crisis, What Crisis? an immersive 1970s experience.

From 2-25 May the Croydonites Festival provides a variety of theatre including Paula Varjack’s The Cult of K*nzo which looks at the luxury brands and the sense of entitlement the industry brings and Vanessa Macaulay’s Made Not Born looking at an identity politics and her relationship with her body builder mother .
